By downloading or using Radion ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Radion is a free mobile application that allows users to listen to live radio streams from around the world. The app provides access to publicly available internet radio streams.

Use of the App

You may use Radion for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you
• Redistribute or resell the app or its content

Radio Content

Radion does not own or produce the radio streams available through the app. All radio content is the property of the respective broadcasters. We aggregate publicly available stream URLs for convenience.

We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or content of any radio station. Stations may go offline or change their content without notice.

Intellectual Property

The Radion name, logo, and app design are the property of Cloud24 Tech. Radio station names, logos, and content belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Radion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud24 Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
