Radion ("we", "our", "the app") is a free radio streaming application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Radion does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Specifically:

• We do not require account creation or sign-up
• We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any personal identifiers
• We do not track your location
• We do not use analytics SDKs that track individual users

Local Data

The app stores preferences locally on your device, including:

• Selected language and theme preferences
• Favorite stations
• Recently played stations
• Onboarding completion status

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

Radio Streams

When you play a radio station, your device connects directly to the station's stream URL. We do not proxy, record, or monitor these connections. The radio station operator's own privacy policy applies to their streams.

Chromecast

When you use Chromecast, the app discovers devices on your local network using standard Google Cast protocols. No data about your network or devices is sent to our servers.

Third-Party Services

The app may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may collect anonymous usage data as described in their respective privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

Radion does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. The app is suitable for all ages.
